Our Team
Subir Roy
Mr. Subir Roy is our chief mentor and the main guiding light at Oxymora Animation Studio. He is an international award winning,widely travelled legendary illustrator with decades of rich experience in designing and illustrating children books and teaching. He is among India’s finest illustrators and teacher, who, during his long stint, supervised the art department of prestigious publishing house, Children Book Trust and mentored numerous student artists at Shankar’s Academy Of Art at New Delhi.
Salil Shail
An Animation Film Designer and a Story–Artist with over two decades of experience, he has been involved in many award winning animated episodic and feature film projects. He is a Founder/ Director of Oxymora Animation Studio and Delhi Artist’s Club. He has successfully delivered animation pre-production and animation production based projects for numerous animated episodic tv series/films for Indian and international studios. Apart from outsourced projects, he at Oxymora Studio is instrumental in developing original I.P for animation. His interests and experience also includes directing animated shorts, painting, sculpting, illustrating for children books, designing, cartooning, photography for print media. Over the years, he has conducted many animation workshops for kids and gauging their art at art festivals organized by Doodle Strokes, Bookrang, Kiran Nadar Museum, Nehru Planetarium and colloquies/lectures at prestigious design colleges such as NIFT, Appejay Institute Of Design, Amity School Of Fine Arts and Shankar’s Academy of Art, DSEU. Salil is an alumnus of prestigious animation school NCCA at Bournemouth University.
Harjeet Singh Chadha
Harjeet Singh has mastered his skills in various fields such as Visual Communication,Multimedia,Animation,Photography and Film Direction. For more than two decades, his experience encompassed being an Educator, Illustrator and an animator on national and international level projects. As a key-frame animator, he has worked with animation series for Canada TV and UNICEF. He has also worked as an Assistant Director on few live action TV series for leading TV Channels in India.His experience further includes leading a photography and Cinematography Studio as a Creative Director and Branch Head. Additionally he headed various leading organisations for Pre-Production and Animation. With deep passion for Music and Visual Arts, Harjeet also has a keen eye for detail when it comes to inhouse and outsourced projects. He is a Senior Executive Producer at Oxymora Studio.
